To make the most out of your Congress experience, here is some practical information:

Congress Venue

The RANZCO Congress will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC). The ACC is conveniently located within easy reach to the airport, accommodation and attractions.

Registration Desk

The Registration Desk will be located on ground level of the Adelaide Convention Centre.

Delegates will receive a personalised QR code via email a few days before the Congress starts so that you can scan on arrival and print your name badge. Badges MUST be worn each day for entry. Replacement badges can be printed at a cost.

If you have any changes to your registration, please advise the staff at the Registration Desk. Any changes to your registration onsite may incur administration fees.

As part of your registration, you will receive access to the on-demand content.

On-demand content will be uploaded within two weeks of Congress.

Live streamed content will be uploaded within days (Sessions in the plenary room on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be live streamed)

All delegates (in person and virtual) will receive an email with access instructions. The content is available for attendees to view (dependant on the speaker permissions), for 90 days post Congress.

Practice Managers’ Conference

The Practice Managers’ Conference will be held alongside RANZCO in Riverbank Rooms 6 – 8 on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Congress App

Our Congress app will keep you up to date and connected to all of the Congress activities:

  • View the program and explore sessions, including session descriptions and speakers.
  • Bookmark sessions and add notes

  • Receive up-to-date real time program updates and notifications
  • Create your own personal delegate profile and choose whether you want to allow other delegates to contact you via direct messaging and more!

The app gives registered delegates access to all the details you’ll need to make the most out of your congress experience. To use the app, please enter the email you registered with, then use the password included in the delegate email. The app will be made available to delegates shortly before the congress.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi for delegates will be available throughout the Congress. Details on how to join the Wi-Fi will be made available closer to the Congress.

Early Morning Activities

Certificate of Attendance

Certificates of Attendance will be sent via email after the conclusion of the Congress.

Photography

There will be a photographer and camera person present over the course of the Congress capturing images and footage. Any image/videos will be retained by the College and Think Business Events. If you have any concerns with your image / video footage being taken and used in future promotional material, please advise the Congress Office ranzco@thinkbusinessevents.com.au
